Google Search Console is a free tool provided by Google that helps you monitor and maintain your website's presence in Google Search results. It provides valuable insights into how your website is performing in Google Search, including the number of clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position for your website.
One of the key features of Google Search Console is the Performance report, which shows you how your website is performing in Google Search. You can see the total clicks, total impressions, average click-through rate, and average position for your website over a specific date range.
In this article, we will show you how to check the performance for yesterday in Google Search Console manually and automatically using QuickSEO.
In Google Search Console, click on the "Performance" tab in the left-hand menu to open the Performance report. You will see a graph showing the total clicks, total impressions, average click-through rate, and average position for your website:
Step 2: Select the Date Range
Now, click on the "Date range" button at the top of the page to select the date range for which you want to check the performance. By default, the date range is set to the last 3 months. To see the performance for yesterday, click on the "Most recent date" option in the date range dropdown:
After selecting the "Most recent date" option, you will see the performance data for yesterday in the Performance report. You can see the total clicks, total impressions, average click-through rate, and average position for your website for yesterday.
Note, that sometimes Google might delay the update of the data, so it might show you the data for the day before yesterday.
Also note that the data for yesterday might be incomplete. To see the full data for yesterday, you might need to wait for a few days for Google to update the data.
